Okay, Avatar ROCKS! Period. No question. I'll admit, the first couple episodes didn't grab me. But before it was over I ended up watching season 1 & 2 in about four days.

That being said, while I enjoy this series of drawings I've come up with, they are not the last. More will come, better ones.

UPDATE : Holy crap, duders! 100+ favs on this. I never thought I'd break 100 favs on any of my artwork, let alone this one. Much thanks to all 101 of you who have faved this, and to anyone else who ends up clicking that button.


Water Nation! We have Katara, Sokka, and Yue (w/Tui). Yup, I used Yue for the third. Why? She's a huge role, man. I like the Water Nation. I love Sokka's dad and Gran Gran. The North is fine in the end, but the Southern tribe is by far the best. "I have to peeeee!"

My thoughts on these fellows:
Katara - Katara rocks. She has a few moments where I think she's pushy, but overall she's great. I really love when she truly starts getting powerful with water bending. Watching her fight tends to usually give me goosebumps. Plus, she's voiced by Bland Anne from Arrested Development!
Sokka - I might have to say Sokka is by far my favourite character. I mean, the sarcasm, the food loving, and even though he doesn't bend any elements, he still mostly holds his own in fighting. Plus, for being a "comic relief" he still really provides to the team as a whole.
Yue - Okay, I had to put her in this. I know she has a small role, and I wish they had spent more time with her character development. But y'know. And, I realize this is a very important (SPOILERISH) scene I drew, but really it doesn't spoil anything. She's just holding a fish and crying. That's all.
Tui - A fish. A cool fish, though.
