Yes, I suck at painting. Seriously, I do. I really have never practiced with it much. I could probably count on two hands every painting I've ever done in all my years. And most of those were high school art assignments. The final piece (for now) in the series. The blood was achieved by taking the painting outside, and splattering red paint on it. It was satisfying (even if the blood is totally unrealistic). I plan to eventually add a background, but for now I want to leave it alone until I am positive I know what to put back there. |
