Okay, so I figured I'd finally tell people about this. Most of you won't care, and I'm fine with that. I am creating a card game. Just for fun. Think Magic meets Risk meets board games meets Monopoly. Or something like that. I've never actually played Magic, but always liked the idea of it. So I'm adapting it to my needs.

Basically, the cards are all based on some sort of pop culture. You have fighters and weapons and all that jazz. Batman can use a Lightsabre, and Godzilla can shoot a Nerf Gun. Captain America can team up with Captain Planet. So on and so forth. I'm still working out the problems, since I kind of suck at making a well balanced game. The first run of cards will be 120 cards. After that, I plan to add to it as I go. This is mostly just for me and my friends, but I plan to allow people to download the Photoshop files and print their own copies if they want to play. One of the coolest aspects of this game, in my opinion, is that players can make up rules as they go as long as all players at the table agree to the new rule. That means, if you made up a rule and your friends agreed to it, if you ever somehow played me, I would also have to agree to it. Etc, etc.

Like I said, this is mostly for myself and my friends, but I know a few of my online friends would love it so I figure make it available for others. So, whatever. My main reason of posting this is, if any of you guys take interest let me know. The added interest from people will probably give me the necessary boost in drawing to get it finished soon. Plus, this is a big part of why you haven't seen new art from me.

You know, I've researched games as I plan on opening up a gaming company, and I must say, I would definitely publish your game. Games like that heve been done, but are extremely popular amongst large groups of friends.

Sadly, you really wouldn't be able to publish it. Not in any form that makes ANY sort of money off of it. Wayyyyy to many copyrighted characters. I mean, Batman alone would get us sued.

Still, I will be having the game downloadable, so I may just spread it around the netzors a bit.
